Ah oui pardon, c'est windows 7 familial 64 et les mises à jours sont en automatique.

Ton lien fonctionne pour Seven ? ou c'est juste xp/vista.

Donc Windows est à jour et après vérification des fichiers système, le résultat est clean.
"Aucune violation d'intégrité"

Lorsque j'essayais de désinstaller un logiciel (Sony PMB par exemple), le processus msiexec se lancer 2 à 3 fois pendant.

Ton antivirus/pare-feux c'est quoi?
Le pc à été scanné?

Si c'est pas le cas, suit cette procédure :

Pour les utilisateurs de Windows Vista/7 : Désactiver l'UAC

Fait un scan complet de ton ton pc avec Malwarebytes en mettant à jour au préalable.
Supprimer les éventuelles indésirables.

Ensuite téléchargez AdwCleaner sur le bureau.

/!\ Sous Vista et Windows 7, il faut lancer le fichier par clic-droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

L'outil se lance. Cliquer sur le bouton Recherche afin de lancer le scan.

Au bout de quelques secondes, un rapport s'affiche via le bloc note.

Faites un copier/coller du rapport sur le forum.


Redémarrer le pc.

Ensuite, copie-colle le rapport HijackThis

Pour désactiver l'UAC sur Seven, je n'ai pas bien compris en fait, il faut mettre sur : toujours m'avertir ?

Le rapport de suppression

Tu penses que le problème est résolu en ayant fait la suppression ?

Je n'ai pas refait d'essai de désinstallation d'un logiciel.

Le problème de Windows Installer, est-il répertorié dans une erreur +-critique des Journaux de Windows de «Système» ou «Application».

Essayer en téléchargeant/réinstallant "Windows installer".

Ce n'était pas mon ordinateur mais un que j'avais monté pour mon oncle, j'ai du le rendre cet après midi, après avoir fais des mises à jour.
J'essaierai ta méthode, quand j'irai chez lui.

Le msiexec /unreg et regserver, j'avais déjà fait mais par contre je n'avais pas ouvert les commandes en administrateur, donc peut être que ce sera bon la prochaine fois.
