Windows, écran bleu ! Décrypter une erreur

Bonsoir, j'ai une erreur sous windows qui met donner dans un écran bleu lorsque j'ai déjà démarrer mon PC. Il s'affiche de façon varier, de 5 minutes à 3 heures d'intervale.

J'ai l'erreur suivante :

0x0000008E (0XC0000005, 0x804F2906, 0xF60E76E8, 0x00000000)

Et j'aurais aimer savoir comment décrypter celle-ci pour remédier à ce message. Les chiffres doivent donner l'erreur mais j'ai chercher mais malheureusement pas trouver.

Tu commences d'abord par afficher tous les dossiers systeme.
Tu vas dans C\ Windows\ Minidump et tu vas normalement trouver dedans un ou des fichiers avec l'extension .dmp. Tu envoies le dernier en date.

S'il n'y a rien dans Minidump ou rien de recent:
Tu effaces tous les fichiers anciens qui sont dedans.
Tu vas dans les proprietes du poste de travail. Avancé, demarrage ou recuperation, verifie que "ecrire un évènement" soit coche. Dans ecriture des informations de debogage tu fais apparaitre "image partielle". Dans répertoire de l'image tu choisis "system root minidump". Remplacer tous les fichiers existants doit etre coche. Il ne faut pas que redemarrer automatiquement soit coché.

Au prochain écran bleu, il va se recréer un .dmp dans Minidump. Mais pas toujours hélas car si c'est un plantage kernel il n'y en aura pas. Dans ce cas rien a faire pour toi.

Si tu n'as pas de site perso ou ftp tu vas sur ce site:

Dans 1 tu marques n'importe quoi mais avec un @ dedans. Pourquoi pas

Dans 2 tu pointes le chemin de ton fichier dmp
Tu cliques en dessous pour soumettre. Le site va te retourner immediatement une adresse que tu copieras sur ce forum.
Et voila !








Je viens de te le dire. mdmxsdk.sys est un driver.
Regarde dans ton systeme a son emplacement dans system32 et tu verras par quoi il est utilise.
Une fois que tu auras trouve eh bien tu desinstalles le soft concerne et tu le reinstalles.
Pour un driver XP par contre eh bien il faut l'extraire du CD de XP avec la méthodologie Microsoft Expand.

Ok ! Comment on sait a quel logiciel il se rapporte ! A première vue c'est ma carte audio, le fichier ce trouve dans le répertoire C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers !

J'aimerais savoir quel logiciel tu utilise pour avoir trouver a quoi ce rapporter mon problème stp ! :)

Apparemment c'est un fichier provenant de la compagnie conexant.
Possèdes-tu un modem de marque Connexant?
Tu peux essayer de cliquer avec le bouton de droite sur le fichier, choisir Propriétés et aller dans l'onglet Version. Regardes nom du produit et nom de la société (et autres info du genre), ca peut te donner des indices sur la provenance du fichier.

Sinon, non j'ai pas de modem sous ce constructeur !

J'utilise un debogueur XP. Les dumps sont en langage binaire !
A partir du moment ou tu as le soft qui utilise le fichier qui bogue il suffit de desinstaller le soft puis de le remplacer par une version qui fonctionne.

Ca doit etre un driver de modem. Ne confond pas le nom du periph et le fabricant de la puce. Tu peux tres bien avoir un modem Sagem ( je dis au hasard) avec une puce Conextant.


Le debogage donne le nom du fichier fautif. Il ne donne pas la raison.
Il ne peut pas inventer tout seul le nom du fichier qui plante.
C'est un driver donc Conexant qui fait partie d'un MATERIEL que tu possedes et qui a un chipset Conextant dedans.
fais une recherche Google comme j'ai fait rapidement et tu trouveras la liste des materiels qui possedent une puce Conextant qui utilise bien entendu ce driver. ca peut etre un modem ou bien une carte son par exemple.

Tu peux aussi regarder dans le gestionnaire des taches ce qui est en activite ou bien dans les infos systeme qui vont te donner la liste complete des composants de chaque driver materiel.

Ou tu peux utiliser un gestionniare de processus. Par exemple ici je tape le nom d'un fichier et le gestionnaire me donne les processus et applications qui utilisent justement ce fichier..

Ok, je vais faire ça, mais avant j'ai un peu de news ! J'ai rallumer mon PC pour voir si le problème était encore la. J'ai donc était encore et toujours sur le player Fun Radui. Et mon ordinateur à encore planter mais cette fois ci sur une nouvelle erreur.

Ensuite j'ai désinstaller les pilotes de ma carte son et de mon moem ADSL. J'ai ensuite redemarrer mon PC, réessayer d'aller sur le player, et une nouvelle erreur différente est apparue :

J'ai aussi des fichiers qui ce créer automatiquement dans le répertoir C:\ je sais pas ce que c'est mais il ont une extension .sqm et on comme nom :

- sqmnoopt00.sqm
- sqmnoopt01.sqm

Voila


Il faut renvoyer les dumps.
Lorsque tu as un message d'erreur qui donne les noms..ce qui est rare, tu tapes ça sur le web.
Ton code d'erreur = KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Resolving the Problem
If you are not equipped to debug this problem, you should use some basic troubleshooting techniques. Make sure you have enough disk space. If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to obtain a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the exception address) should pinpoint the driver or function that caused this problem.

If exception code 0x80000003 occurs, this indicates that a hard-coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but the system was started with the /NODEBUG switch. This problem should rarely occur. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure a kernel debugger is connected and the system is started with the /DEBUG switch.

If exception code 0x80000002 occurs, the trap frame will supply additional information.

If the specific cause of the exception is unknown, the following should be considered:

Hardware incompatibility. First, make sure that any new hardware installed is listed in the Microsoft Windows Marketplace Tested Products List.

Faulty device driver or system service. In addition, a faulty device driver or system service might be responsible for this error. Hardware issues, such as BIOS incompatibilities, memory conflicts, and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If a driver is listed by name within the bug check message, disable or remove that driver. Disable or remove any drivers or services that were recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with NTFS file system, you might be able to use Safe Mode to rename or delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the system startup process in Safe Mode, you need to start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error might be a third-party remote control program. If such software is installed, the service can be removed by starting the system using the Recovery Console and deleting the offending system service file.

Check the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help pinpoint the device or driver that is causing bug check 0x1E. Disabling memory caching of the BIOS might also resolve the error. You should also run hardware diagnostics, especially the memory scanner, supplied by the system manufacturer. For details on these procedures, see the owner's manual for your computer.

The error that generates this message can occur after the first restart during Windows Setup, or after Setup is finished. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and system BIOS incompatibilities. For problems during Windows installation that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the target hard disk. Check for and delete any unneeded temporary files, Internet cache files, application backup files, and .chk files containing saved file fragments from disk scans. You can also use another hard disk with more free space for the installation. BIOS problems can be resolved by upgrading the system BIOS version.

Bon troisième message et c'est une bonne nouvelle! Bon quand j'avais l'écran bleu et que je redémarrer, un message au démarrage me disait qu'il me manquer un fichier dll dit hal.dll dans le dossier Windows/system32 ! J'ai pas résolu ce problème mais bon !

Enfin, j'ai plus le fichier systeme qui merder dans mon dossier driver, et le player Fun Radio remarche. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il est partie mais ça marche ...

Tant mieux.
Et quant a Hal.dll c'est un fichier tres important de XP.
Une chose a la fois et l'important c'etait de trouverf l'utilisation du driver Conextant. Tu peux laisser hal en suspend pour l'instant si ça ne se manifeste plus.

Rebonjour ! Je viens reposter dans ce topic car mon système à créer la même erreur que la dernière fois ! Ecran bleu avec vidage de la mémoire physique ! Hors, je n'est pas de dossier dans minidump ! Je pense que j'ai encore un problème avec ma carte son ou vidéo puisque l'écran est apparu lorsque je regarde une vidéo dans WMP !

Que dois-je faire ?

Si tu n'as rien dans Minidump c'est que c'est une erreur d'application.
Tu en trouveras la cause en clair dans le dossier DrWatson.
Affiches tous les fichiers caches et system et fais une recherche. Tu trouveras ce dossier dans Documents and settings etc...

Il faut faire apparaitre tout ce qui est cache d'abord.

A noter que quand j'avais mon problème la dernière fois, mon PC ne démarrer pas du premier coup ! Il ne charger pas la mémoire au démarrage et rester sur l'écran BIOS noir de démarrage. Une fois le problème régler, il redémarrer normalement sans interruption. Depuis avant hier, il a recommencer à avoir du mal à démarrer et aujourd'hui j'ai de nouveau l'écran bleu. Les deux erreurs sont tels liés a ton avis ?

Eh bien tu vois il cause deja des problemes.
Tu as un systeme abime pour diverses raisons qui peuvent etre des virus ou des attaques.
Questions avant de proposer des choses
Tu as bien le sp2 et tu as fait TOUTES tes maj Microsoft ?
Tu as un antivirus de bonne qualite et a jour ?
Tu as des anti spywares ?
Tu as fait des probes de ports pour voir si tu n'as pas eu d'attaques de trojans ?
Tu as ton firewall en activite ? Avec les probes de port ça va etre vite verifie.

Ben j'ai tous ce que tu me demande sauf quelques choses de trés important, le SP2 de Windows que mon PC ne supporte absolument pas, même chose pour le SP1 d'ailleurs. Une fois l'une de ces deux version installer, ces sont des problémes en tous jours qui commencent et ont peux plus les arrêter !

Alors ne t'etonne pas. Je ne peux rien faire pour toi mais tu vois...je me doutais de quelque chose.......tes ennuis ne sont pas normaux. Et le sp1 corrigeait un nombre incroyables de bogues. Le sp2 contient le sp1.
Il est absolument impossible que le sp2 ne s'installe pas sur un systeme legal. Je n'ai jamais vu le cas passer nulle part. Pas un seul message dans de nombreux forums de sp2 qui ne s'installe pas sur un vrai XP. Sur des faux oui bien sur.

Je les eux sur le nouveau PC de mon père avec lequel était accompagner le CD XP ! Je l'ai donc installer sur mon vieux PC qui date de 99 est avec tous les composants d'origine ! Je pense pas que ta conclusion sont vraiment justifié ! Il est clair que des problèmes non connus puissent apparaître sans en connaître l'existence ! C'est le cas aujourd'hui...

99 ? De nombreuses vieilles cartes meres sont incompatibles avec XP. Et en plus si c'est le cd de la machine de ton pere il n'est pas legal. Mais le probleme n'est pas ça.
Il est impossible de continuer a faire fonctionner un XP sans au minimum le sp1. Le sp2 est oriente securite, le sp1 corrigeait un nombre incroyables d'ennuis potentiels ou reels.
Toutes les solutions actuelles et meme e nombreux softs ne fonctionnent pas sans le sp2 deja, alors sans sp1. Tu ne pourrais meme pas installer un reseau WiFi. Pas utiliser un modem usb2 etc.......
Sans ça tu n'as aucune protection contre les attaques, aucune contre les failels de securite et ton ordinateur doit etre comme un immeuble sans portes ni fenetres installe au milieu d'une favella de Rio.
Il n'y a donc rien a faire dans ce cas.

Moi non plus je ne comprend pas ce que tu veux dire. Comme je ne suis pas du genre kamikaze j'ai installe la premier fois le sp2 7/8 mois apres sa sortie et en profitant d'un formatage. Tout a fonctionne comme sur des roulettes et il n'y a aucun soft qui a du etre mis sous exception. Et je dois en avoir 120 d'installes.
Lorsque j'ai change de carte mere il y a quelques mois rebelote et de nouveau aucun probleme.
Formatage, reinstallation de XP, puis IMMEDIATEMENT du sp2 avant meme de mettre le driver chipset puis, aussitot le web reconnecté, les Windows update.
Tu comprend que je ne puisse pas non plus comprendre tes problemes sp2 car...il n'y en a pas.
Il y en avait lors de sa sortie chez les gens trop presses qui se trouvaient avec des softs incompatibles.
Maintenant les softs incompatibles n'existent plus.
Je repete donc que si tu as pris un XP d'une autre machine et a moins que l'autre machine ne fonctionne plus du tout tu n'aurais pas un XP legal. Maintenant on ne pourrait plus le faire depuis que Microsoft lie son XP OEM à la carte mere.
En plus le sp1 n'est pas relie a une activation. Ca fait 3 /4 ans qu'il est meme inclus dans le CD de XP. Depuis ce temps tu es oblige d'installer le sp1 lorsque tu installes XP vu que tu ne peux pas l'empecher. Et quant a le retirer !
Et le sp2 est relie a l'activation. Perso je sais installer un sp2 sur un XP illegal mais la n'est pas la question.
Tu comprend donc que tout ce que tu racontes sur le sujet m'est totalement incomprehensible.

Ben le SP2 est facilement incompatible avec mon PC avec la configuration que j'ai. J'ai une carte mère qui accepte uniquement 380 Mo de Ram alors que j'ai 4 barrettes (dont 3 installés) qui font respectivement 512, 128, 128, 64 ! Ca me fait 1024 Mo de barettes qui sert strictement à rien. De plus j'ai un carte graphique qui supporte mal Windows XP puisqu'elle fait partie de la gamme ATI RAGE PRO. Elle n'est donc pas complétement compatible avec l'aspect graphique de l'OS. Enfin, le point le plus important c'est que je dois être le mec à avoir le plus petit disque dur de France avec un DD de 7.52 Go ! Je peux strictement rien installer sur ce genre de DD. Ca fait plus de 6 ans que je me prive de logiciel 3D (pour mes études), de logiciel de grosse taille tel que les logiciels Adobe ou Macromedia (acheter légalement) et tous autres logiciels qu'un internaute à envie de s'offrir. Ensuite, j'ai des problèmes XP tous les jours ainsi que des problèmes de composants, donc excuse moi de rêver d'un OS qui marche quand j'installe une mise à jour SP2. Ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas au résultat final ! Donc quoi répondre à ça !

Si tu avais dit ça au depart ! Avec une telle config tu ne peux rien faire.
Tu vois si tu n'habitais pas si loin de mon ami assembleur il pourrait te faire une bonne tour pour 399€. Mais avec du bon materiel en boite.
Pour te dire: Il y a quelques jours sur un salon informatique (j'ai meme eu droit ce jour la a ma photo dans le journal regional ...mais passons) je fais connaissance avec un type qui ouvre une boutique de jeux en reseaux. Il m'avait dit qu'il avait l'intention de tout acheter rue Montgallet. Je l'ai force a aller voir mon ami et finalement il a traite avec lui pour 13 machines. Non seulement il a le meme prix que Montgallet mais en plus avec du materiel meilleur avec un SAV sous quelques heures.
Bon ! Comme je discutais dernierement avec un modo, ce type ne fera jamais fortune. Heureusement qu'il ne fait pas qu'assembler ! Il fait aussi de la radio, des animations et en plus il est DJ !

Bref ! Avant de vouloir faire quelque chose tu dois faire construire un nouveau PC. Tu voudrais faire le Paris Dakar...à bicyclette ?

Atta ... Je réussis à fair tourner sans plantage Windows XP et Windows 2003 Serveur sur un PC à base de P3 800MHz, 256 de RAM, carte graphique 3D Prophet2, 4Go de disque dur, lecteur DVD, lecteur disquette, et carte réseau en PCI ...
L'installation de Windows se fait correctement, tout est détecté dès l'installation, et les mises à jour marchent sans problème ... :spamafote:
