gravure de cds sous linux

voila je veux graver une image iso qui contient les fichiers necessaires pour la creation d'un cd bootable (linux) avec mkisofs
et maitenant je veux la graver
donc apparement c tres simple mais comme cdrecord utilise un bus SCSI ?? bref il utilise SCSI et moi j ai un graveur ATAPI
je tappe ces commandes:
#cdrecord dev=ATAPI -scanbus

j ai aussi utilisé k3b mais il ya le meme probleme : je ne peux pas acceder au cd
je ne sais pas quel est le hic mais quand je fais la gravure tout est ok et a la fin de la gravure il me di c bon operation terminée
je ne comprends rien !!!
que dois je faire SVP parceque franchement je suis au bord de la crise de nerfs
