Pb d'affichage de fenetres intempestives....

Bonsoir

j'ai des tas de fenetres pub qui s'affichent.... cela fait quelques jours....
j'ai fait un scan avec hjackthis et voici le log :
je précise que je suis sous Vista et que j'ai BitDéfender d'installer.
Autre Pb, a chaque démarage du PC, Spybot me bloque un truc :

c:\users\didier\appdata\local\ukhfgikwu.exe ukhfgikwu

je le supprime du démarrage avec Tune Up mais a chaque démarrage, ca revient.
