mais désinstalle manuellement messenger skinner(dans ajout/suppression de programmes) si tu peux pas le désinstaller essaye de le faire en mode sans échec
supprime le fichier dans programes files
lance CCleaner,nettoye et analyse avec spybot et ad-aware pour voir si c'est bon

Avant de fixer les lignes, fais ça stp:

>> Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip (clic droit, enregistrer sous).
>> Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip
et dans le menu déroulant, tu cliques sur extraire tout ou sur extraire ici.
Ceci va créer un dossier clean.
>> Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
> Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
>> Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport va etre généré, >> colle le contenu entier ici.


A part ça, peux-tu dire quel était ton problème (par exemple quel spyware tu avais...)

je ne sais pas quel spyware j'ai, mais des fenetres pop up, genre sites de cul, casino, pub... s'affichent alors que j'utilise firefox, mon ordi est un peu ralenti et a des bugs de temps en temps. de plus, quand je veux mettre mon pc en veille, une fenetre s'affiche disant "le service microsoft.NET Framework v1.14322 Update empeche de mettre en veille et qu'il faut fermer ce service". je ne sais pas si c'est lié au spyware ou un virus. je suis pas très calé en informatique....

Lance HijackThis (va dans C:\HJC\), clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 sur ton bureau et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :
"*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***"
Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

Démarrer >> Panneau de configuration >> Options internet
Clique sur l'onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "Editeurs approuvés" :

>> electronic-group
>> egroup
>> Montorgueil
>> VIP
>> "Sunny Day Design Ltd"

>>> Supprime-les tous

Poste le contenu du rapport cleannavi sauvegardé auparavant.

Notes :

Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\cleannavi.txt

Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais ceci :
>> Clique simultanément sur Ctrl + Alt + Suppr.
Clique sur l'onglet Fichier puis choisis Nouvelle tâche.
Tape Explorer puis valide.
>> Choisis Exécuter..., tape Explorer puis valide.

1/ Désinstalle Navilog1 par Ajout/suppression des programmes >> Navilog1
Ensuite supprime ce dossier si présent: C:\Program Files\navilog1
et vide ta corbeille.

2/ >> Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip (clic

droit, enregistrer sous).
>> Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip
et dans le menu déroulant, tu cliques sur extraire tout ou sur extraire ici.
Ceci va créer un dossier clean.
>> Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
> Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
>> Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton

clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport va etre généré, >> colle le contenu entier ici.

>> Désactive ton antivirus et ton pare-feu le temps du scan
mais n'oublie pas de les réactiver juste après!

(c'est vraiment une des meilleurs protection!! Ne la change pas!)  
Mais il faut faire des analyses antispywares (après mise à jour) régulièrement
(AVG Antispyware, Spybot, Ad-Aware, a-squared free...)

Je vais te donner les traditionelles consignes de sécurité :

- Windows Update parfaitement à jour http://www.windowsupdate.com/
(catégories critique, Services Pack et Services Release)
- pare-feu bien paramétré
- antivirus bien paramétré et mis à jour régulièrement (quotidiennement s'il le faut)
avec un scan complet régulier (journalier s'il le faut).
- une attitude prudente vis à vis de la navigation (pas de sites douteux : cracks, warez, sexe...) et vis à vis de la messagerie
(fichiers joints aux messages doivent être scannés avant d'être ouverts)
- une attitude vigilante (être à l'affût d'un fonctionnement inhabituel de son système)
- nettoyage hebdomadaire du système
(suppression des fichiers inutiles, nettoyage de la base de registre, scandisk, defrag)
- scan hebdomadaire antispyware

Verifie si ta console Java est à jour:

Java Sun http://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp et télécharge la dernière version (si ta version actuelle n'est pas à jour)

Après installation et redémarrage (toujours si elle n'etait pas à jour), va dans panneau de configuration/Ajouter-Supprimer des programmes afin de désinstaller l'ancienne version, ceci pour récupérer de l'espace disque et éventuellement pour virer les failles présentes dans cette ancienne version.

Retourne ensuite chez Java ci-dessus et clique sur le bouton "Vérifier l'installation" pour t'assurer que tout est en ordre.

Pour finir le nettoyage de ton ordi.:

1) Désactives et réactives ta restauration système

2) Télécharge Erase!Beta qui va supprimer ce que l'on a téléchargé:

Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau, dézippe le contenu sur le bureau
(clic droit >>> extraire tout/extraire ici)
double-clique sur Erase!Beta.bat et laisse le faire
( >>> Suis les instructions)

3) Pour nettoyer un peu plus ton ordi,
Télécharge et installe CCleaner, nettoie tout avec
