Gros problème virus et cookies traceurs

Bonjour à tous :hello:

J'ai un petit souci que je n'arrive pas à régler. J'ai un antivirus à jour, j'ai même fait des scan en ligne. Ils m'ont trouvé des trojans qui auraient soit-disant supprimés, enfin supprimés les fichiers, je suis sûr qu'il y a encore quelque chose. Depuis quelques temps j'ai toujours des fenetres de pub inempestives c'est vraiment pénible et c'est toujours les mêmes en plus. (Normal peut être ar je vais toujours sur les mêmes sites). Ces sites n'ont habituellement pas de pub. Ce sont des pages du style "em-gad.network" ou "emoticonsplanet" et bien d'autres qui s'affichent. Je ne peux plus laisser mon Pc à mes enfants, car sur la pub émoticonsplanet des émoticons sexuels apparaissent. Bref ! j'ai suprimé des trucs et je ne sais plus en j'en suis. Est-ce que quelqu'un pourait m'aider :??:

Bonjour,

d'abord télécharger 2 anti spywares (gratuits Spybot et Ad aware) les installer et les mettre à jour.

ensuite faire un nettotage du disque pour virer les fichiers temporaires (clic de droit sur disque C/propriétés/onglet nettoyage de disque)

désactiver la restauration du système (propriété système/onglet restauration système)

redémarrer le pc en mode sans échec (appuyer sur F8)
passer votre antivirus, spybot et enfin ad aware

reboot, une fois démarrer ne pas oublier de réactiver la restauration du système.

voir si ça suffit. A+

j'ai passé spybot et ad-aware hier soir, ils m'ont trouvé pas mal de trucs. Je referais ce que tu me conseilles.

Salut!!
J'ai trouvé ton problème puisque javais le même jusqu'à ce matin...

C:\Program Files\BitDownload\ZM\minime.exe

Ca sa veu dire ke la désinfaction a échoué....
Donc ce fichier est toujours infecté, il faut ke tu désinstalle BITDOWNLOAD...
Mais ce n'est pas tout, car lors de la désinstallation le fichier contenant le virus va rester sur ton ordinateur
( cé se kil mest arrivé :fou:

)...
Donc il faut ke tu efface manuellement ce fichier : minime.exe ...
Cé lui le coupable !!
Depuis ke je lai éradiqué de mon PC, plus de fenetres volantes ki souvre intempestivement...
Si tu as dautres problèmes n'hésite pas
