Un logiciel gratuit qui transforme le flash en .avi?

Salut! voial j'ai besoin d'un logiciel gratuit qui permettrait de transformer les fichier flash en .avi car j'ai une présentation à faire mardi et je voudrais insérer des vidéos dans powerpoint mais il ne prend pas les fichiers flash...
