probleme de connection avec Waste

salut, je voudrais mettre en place un réseaux p2p privé avec le logiciel waste, mais je n'arrive pas a tout configurer...
- j'ai installé le logiciel waste
- j'ai ensuite installé no-ip (pour avoir une ip fixe)
- j'ai paramétré mon firewall pour ouvrir le port 1337 a waste
- j'ai paramétré mon routeur de la meme façon
et je ne peux toujours pas me connecter dessus.
a titre d'info:
- win xp
- firewall norton 2005
- modem routeur wifi INVENTEL DW-B 200
si quelqu'un a une idée pour m'aider?
