Problème de gravure avec Nero ... A l'aide !

Je n'arrive plus a graver de film sur DVD depuis un bon moment (je grave d'abord sur un dvd+rw).
A chaque fois, à "quelques pourcents" avant la fin de la gravure nero recode 2 (je utilise nero recode car il adapte la taille du fichier avant de le graver) s'arete et maffiche gravure interrompue (donc je n'ai pas la fin du film). J'ai essayé avec d'autres logiciels c'est la meme chose (clonedvd, dvdshrink ...)
Je suis sur Windows XP pro service pack 2 et j'ai un graveur interne PHILIPS voici le log, Merci d'avance :
