Les programme ne veulent plus s'ouvrir

Laisser la restauration système en plan pour de suite. Si vous êtes sous infection(à vérifier), ce n'est pas recommandé.


Aucun programmes ou ..que les logiciels de protection genre antivirus ..

Important - Élaborer, avec autant de précision et de détail possible..
Quel est l'historique des évènements qui ont mené à ce problème.
Est-ce suite à une infection détectée par l'antivirus de service, une message d'erreur de windows.., une installation logiciel ou mise à jours windows..

Essayer tout de même de produire et diagnostique du PC.
