soucis sur msn - envoie de mess auto avc virus

tout d'abord ne jamais ouvrir ce genre de message, le supprimer direct.
ensuite passe un coup de MSNFix http://forum.malekal.com/ftopic3065.php
scan en mode sans échec avec spybot, ad-aware, avg antispyware
tes contacts doivent en faire autant

résumé de mes actions :
tentative avec msnfix : 0 détection trouvée.
je viens de faire un spydot en mode ss échec ... réponse : toutes les menaces connues sont déjà bloquée... merci thor37230 pour tes conseils mais si je comprends bien je dois en plus de spydot, telecharger ad-aware et avg ?
hier lorsque je tentais un virus scan mcafee le pc rebootait systématiquement sans le mener à bien ? Enfin lorsque j'allume le pc j'ai une alerte virus scan avec un fichier "startdrv.exe"
merci de m'indiquer quoi faire !!!! arghhh
