Vilain trojan dans system volume inaccessible

Avant toute chose, merci de tenter me m'aider, je suis novice en informatique et par avance, merci d’excuser mes longues explications.
Voici mon problème.

Je viens d'acquérir un pc d'occasion à un ami.
Le pack gadgets vista/sidebar y était installé.
J'installe antivir et
LE 25/5 il m'alerte PAR 2 X que j'ai le trojan TR/PACHED GY.12
*DANS d:/ pack volet sidebar /wlsrvc.dll action : quarantaine
N'en ayant aucune utilité, je supprime l'application.
Le 30/5
Antivir - avertissement : D:\System Volume Information\_restore{F8E08DE3-D17D-4484-B036-7B87AF1CAA18}\RP4\A0000236.dll' - un virus ou un programme indésirable 'TR/Patched.GY.12' [trojan] a été détecté.
Action exécutée : Refuser l'accès
Je tente d'accéder au fichier caché en faisant la manip via options de dossiers mais l'accès de D:\System Volume Information\_restore continue à m'être refusé.

J’ai fait le nettoyage du disque : nettoyer restauration
Je désactive et réactive la restauration system.
Je passe spybot = rien
Je passe A² free = rien
Nettoyage avec Ccleaner

Je refais un scan intégral antivir, ci-dessous le résumé du rapport

Nb : l’indication de Norton concerne uniquement norton ghost qui était déjà installé. Dois-je le désinstaller ?

C'était préférable de purger la restauration du système.
Une désinfection dans ce coin la.
Endommage +-fréquemment d'autre points de restauration.

Le rapport Hijackthis est correct !

Hijackthis ne ce limitant qu'aux points de chargement du registre.
Ça prendrait un autre diagnostique plus élaboré

Comme vous voulez..

Produisez un diagnostique complet du PC.
Y a aucune info personnelle la dedans. Que l'ensemble des installations logiciels et infection(lorsqu'il y en a). Ainsi que quelques info. sur des fonctions sensibles, de la config de Windows.


Téléchargez sur votre bureau ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman.
• Lancer l'installation de ZHPDiag.exe,
>> Ne modifiez pas les paramètres
>> Après l'installation, ZHPDiag devrait s'ouvrir ..ou faites le,

En haut à gauche ;
• Cliquer sur la loupe ..pour créer le rapport.
>> Attendez que le rapport soit complété,
• Cliquer sur la disquette et sauvegarder le rapport,


Au lieu de poster ce rapport "très volumineux" direct sur le forum.

• Aller sur le site CJoint,
• Appuyez sur [Parcourir] et chercher le rapport sur le disque,
• Ensuite appuyez sur [Créer le lien CJoint],
>> Une adresse http//......(bleu, mauve) sera créé.
► Postez cette adresse http//.......

Hélas! non je n'ai pas le cd mais je vais essayer d'en emprunter un si je n'arrive pas à corriger le problème.
Ce serait dommage car j'ai déjà pas mal de fichier professionnels installé et pour le reste ce pc est nickel.

Je vais les suivre mais pas ce soir, ce serait trop long je pense.
