AFAIK un dégroupage partiel n'a jamais entrainé une interruption des services FT - seul l'Internet est inaccessible durant l'opération

Alors explique moi pourquoi mon père a vu son telephone coupé pendant 2 jours lors d'un simple raccordement à l'adsl (sans degroupage), et bien oui les erreurs tout le monde en fait.

ah mais moi je parlais des dégroupages qui se passaient bien
ben malheureusement c'est pas toujours le cas ( 2 collègues de boulot se sont retrouvés sans connexion avant les fêtes à cause du degroupage de Free) mais le mien s'est très bien passé et le telephone sur IP de la freebox a bien beaucoup fonctionné aujourd'hui

les incidents surviennent quand la zone passe de partiellement a totalement dégroupé????
mais si on est deja dans un zone totalement dégroupir y a risque de probleme au moment ou on fait sa demande???
